The Jefferson Hospital Recruitment site was created when Jefferson implemented its online applicant tracking system. The Recruitment site is the front-facing introduction to Jefferson Hospital for all potential applicants.
The website tracks over 30,000 hits monthly. It was also the first site to implement Jefferson's new branding.
I developed the site from a four page word document that only contained the website copy. I based the site off the new branding guidelines and added as much visual interest and "friendliness" to the site as possible. The design was a hit, and I went on to develop similar sites for Jefferson based on this design template.
The site received a Distinction Award for the Best Employee Recruitment site for the 2009 eHealthcare Leadership Awards.
